Ingredients

  • 4 cup anjeer
  • Approximately 15-20 almonds
  • Three bananas
  • 4 quarts of milk
  • Honey/Sugar (to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • salt

Instructions

1. Slice the figs into tiny pieces. The amount of chopped figs should be equal to four cups.
2. Cut three bananas into tiny pieces.
3. Now, combine 15 to 20 almonds (soaked almonds can also be used) in a blender with figs, bananas, almonds, milk, and honey or sugar.
4. Blend the shake, and after four revolutions, add a touch of salt to taste.

5. Continue mixing the drink until it is smooth and free of lumps. And your Anjeer Badam milkshake is now ready to serve! Top it off with ice to wow your guests.
