- Add chopped coriander leaves, mix, and let the filling cool.

- In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add water gradually and whisk to make a smooth, thick batter.

Assemble the Bread Pakoras:
- Cut the edges of the bread slices if desired.
- Take two slices of bread and spread a generous amount of the prepared filling between them to make a sandwich.
- Cut each sandwich into halves or quarters.

Heat Oil for Frying:
- Heat enough oil in a deep pan for frying over medium heat.

- Dip each sandwich into the prepared batter, ensuring it is well-coated.
- Carefully place the coated sandwich into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oil and place them on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
