Ingredients

  • 2 cups protein powder, vanilla
  • 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 5 big peeled and segmented oranges
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (modify according to taste)
  • a tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes are optional.
  • Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves (optional).

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

● Peel and slice the oranges, removing any seeds.
● Measure out the protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.

2. Combine the ingredients:

●In a blender, add the vanilla protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, orange segments, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
● Blend until smooth and creamy. If you like a cooler smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and mix until the appropriate consistency is attained.

3. Taste and adjust:
